If you have trouble sleeping, just like I do, then this could be for you. For many years I usually only get around 2-3hours sleep a night, 4hrs if I am lucky. I was amazed when I discovered the power that sound frequencies have in our world and how they also help our moods and brain function. I've studied this for a long time and have found something that actually works. Its so simple, there's no medication or anything like that at all. It is simply relaxing while having this music track playing softly and allowing the natural sound frequencies to slowly relax you. The key to this working is to have the music track play very softly so you can just hear it. Use your phone speaker or iPad speaker, etc. I have tested this over a number of months and it works for me every time. I am usually asleep within 15/20mins. Try it and let me know how it works or you. *Please do not use headphones as you do not want to have them tangle around your neck while you are sleeping. |
